1. Use of the website and services

You may use this site for lawful personal information and to express interest in available services. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter relevant agreements in Australia.

Registration does not guarantee acceptance, create an advisory relationship or require you to deposit funds. Account services become available only after eligibility and verification under the responsible provider's terms.

Withdrawal does not affect service or legal messages that are necessary for an active account, transaction, security event or complaint.

The site design, logo, original text, software elements and other protected material are owned by or licensed to Corvenhall Trust. You may view and retain reasonable copies for personal reference.

You may not reproduce, sell, scrape at scale, modify or present the material as your own without permission, except where Australian law permits.

5. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. By submitting information, you confirm it is accurate and that you have authority to provide it.

Do not include passwords, one-time codes, private keys or unnecessary sensitive information in general form fields or email.

6. External links and providers

The site may refer to external providers, venues, regulators or information sources. A link does not guarantee availability, accuracy or endorsement, and external terms and privacy practices apply.

Verify the legal entity, destination and authorisation independently before transferring funds or credentials.

7. Prohibited use

This clause does not exclude liability that Australian law does not allow to be excluded. Responsibility for a provider's regulated service is determined by its agreement and applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You are responsible for loss reasonably caused by your unlawful use, deliberate breach, infringement or fraudulent submission. This obligation is limited to the extent permitted by law and does not transfer responsibility for Corvenhall Trust's own unlawful conduct.

Other provisions

These terms are governed by applicable Australian law. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A failure to enforce a term once is not a waiver.

Terms may change and the updated version takes effect when published unless stated otherwise. Continued use after that time constitutes acceptance for future use; existing legal rights are preserved.
